We invite applications for presentation at the summit from innovators with groundbreaking ideas and solutions in Ending Tuberculosis (TB). This initiative aims to support and accelerate the development and implementation of novel approaches that can significantly accelerate progress toward Ending TB.
- Individuals, startups, research institutions, and organizations with innovative solutions in TB care and management.
- Solutions may be at any stage of development, from concept to implementation.
- Applicants must demonstrate potential for scalability and impact.
Innovation categories
Innovators with groundbreaking ideas and solutions in the fight against TB are encourged to apply in one of the following categories.
- Validated Tools: Ready for introduction in the program.
- Developed/Under-Development Tools: Nearing readiness for validation.
- Pathbreaking Ideas: Visionary concepsts ready to be transformed into impactful innovations.

Evaluation Criteria:
- Innovation and Originality: How novel and unique is the solution?
- Relevance to the Program: Should address a gap area that contributes to TB Elimination and should be relevant to program use at scale.
- Feasibility: The solution should be technical and commercially viabile. It should not have been identifed as infeasible / ineffective by ICMR / DBT / IHF etc. of the solution.
- Team: Expertise and experience of the team members.
Selection Process:
- The applications will be screened and shortlisted by a panel of experts.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for presentation of the idea/product/technology at DHR- ICMR TB Innovation Summit 2025. The submitted innovations may also be featured in an open live Atlas of innovations in TB care.
